Higgins's Road to 210 and Beyond

Well after fucking around for the past six months of dieting one month bulking the next in a perpetual waste of time and money. I’m going to hit 210 (or more) without stopping this time around. l eat a lot, lift a lot, sleep a lot yada yada yada.

I’m at 187 and 5’11". Meals will be carbs and protein upon waking, P+F throughout the day and then workout followed by P+C meal then P+F after that. I’ll take the same supplements everyday. Starting out at about alories and moving up as needed.

1 HOT-ROX when I get up, kinda my cup of coffee.
500mg Resveratrol
20g Fish Oil
8g CLA
1000mg Cinnamon
1000mg Green Tea Extract
3 ZMA

The fats and cinnamon are split in half and taken 2 times after meals.

I workout Sunday-Friday and currently go Sunday Chest/Triceps, Monday Shoulders/Back/Abs, Tuesday Legs/Biceps and repeat. Pretty high volume workouts. Before someone says omggmgomgogmg your overworking yourself know that I get 9-10 hours of sleep a night and eat quite a bit. I will also gladly (and do) take a day off when/if needed.

Todays workout was pretty frustrating as I missed my 405 deadlift and looked something like this (Leg days are either deadlift or squat dominant)
