I think the lower body day yesterday is why I failed OHP. I was shaking and wobbling…quads , low back mammies all tired and I couldn’t maintain structural integrity…live to fight again next week

Sumo DL 6x315, 4x335, 5x355… bumping 10 across the board, feeling good
Weighted back Ext 3x10xBW+125…heaviest DB they have …I have reached the end! heaviest Ive gone by 10lbs

OHP 4x6x140 hit reps this week! bumping up 5lbs and starting with 4s
Chins 5x7 last rep each set dead hang with 3 count pause
Low Incline DB press 85s x7,8,8 was planning on staying at 6s today but things were moving so went for it… I’ll stay at 85s until I hit 3x8…but good progress today
