Good work. I don’t sandbag on wet pavement. When you get comfortable with bag weight it is time to add some sand. l0 lbs at a time is easiest.

Wife surprised our daughter with a 3 day trip to South Beach for the 2 of them… my wife works 6-7 days a week about 12-14 hours a day from Sept-Jan…so she earned the break ; so they will have a nice time. Our daughter will fly back to LA from Florida…which means I have been left unsupervised !

I did the CL Medley throughout the workout today. In between sets not really superset just randomly.

So today is 1 year out from shoulder surgery…fitting that todays workout had a lot of shoulder related stuff in it…Feeling pretty good just need to work on roll outs…

added 10lbs across the board on DL and maintained reps. same plan for next week
added a rep at each set of Zerchers.plan is to add more reps on the 2nd and 3rd sets before bumping up
bumped up 5lbs on ext and hit 10 reps across the board… 120 next week

been a good cycle so far…still covering old ground but nice

added a touch of weight and a few reps overall on each pressing movement…I def need to get a spotter on CGBP so I can be a smidge more aggressive…Inclines are showing improvement. The slow 185’s on CGBP were awesome…need to do more of that, really lights up them baby Tri’s.

No desire to do pull-ups today…lazy bastid! Oh crap I still have to do the CL Medley…maybe during football, wait that’s beer time better get it done sooner! Enjoy the day

Frustrated

I have been nursing a hernia for about 8 months… Yesterday something pissed it off the burning sensation would not give up… Today, every time I stood up with the trap bar there was intense burning sensation and over time(past few months) the bulge is getting larger. So I bailed at 4 reps at 340…it was going so well: 300 was so light it was going to be a damn good day! Fugggg. Calling the Doc Monday…Fuggg! And of course to aggravate me more, sitting here it feels fine, Fuggg!

Oh well… start over…yet again
