workouts will have to be redrawn do to football season. i’m reffing games 3 nights a week and all day saturday. this means all clients have to be seen before 2:30 pm and 0 on saturday…so we’re gonna do just two straight workouts, combine some stuff and make it work like always…




if you ever wonder about my diet i use Precisions nutrition;s cook books and have 3 PW meals a day a bulker scramble and i eat as many damn rice cakes i need for energy(thanks Chris Shugart for that tip)
