Some fake hGH is hCG relabeled. You can take it then use a pregnancy test to see if it is hCG.
Such lab work would be hard to find and very costly. You can do an IGF-1 lab, do the hGH then test again later. IGF-1 should show a large increase. hGH has a short half life making a direct measurement impracticable.
