Back in March I tore my right pec muscle while doing the bench press. Its pretty much fully recovered now however my chest is still the weakest part of my body. I recently changed my workout to low reps, higher weight and I felt pulls in my chest.
This past week its been feeling sore as shit and ive been having small spasms off and on. Is This something to be worried about. I was thinking about going on HGH to help accelerate the process all together. Would this be a good idea? thanks, Matt
