The whole last year I wasn’t able to train my lower body because of an injury.
So my upper body is a lot more developed then my legs and glutes.
Today I startet Phase 2 of your HFBB
Is it possible/would there be a benefit to do a bit more volume for my lower body on Monday and Wednesday (instead of the pushing and pulling assistance work)? Or would that be too much volume and this would be some kind of self-sabotage for my lower body development.
If it is not possible. Are there any general recommendations to harmonize my lower to my upper body. Maybe 3 lower and 1 upper body day per weak…?
