I’ve consumed half a jar of natural peanut butter at a sitting…numerous times. I don’t recommend that, but when I’m generally eating healthy and have no “junk” food in the house this is my go to binge eat food. I TRY to keep it to 1-2 TBSP a day.

Wanted to check my double overhand strength.

I would have gone up in weight to test it out, but I would have needed to go to my garage and get the skinnier 45lb plates since there was no more room left on the bar. Damn bumper plates take up too much room! #TNationProblems
I was taking some weight off the bar to hit some more volume when a buddy called; he just got 10yards of sand delivered to his house (front yard) and he needs to dig out a spot in his back yard to fill with this sand for an above ground pool. Decided to save the volume for another day. What good is working out when I’m useless for physical tasks like this?

I think I’d be lying if I said yes. I knew, kind of, sort of, how many ish calories I was consuming just based on experience. I had the scale out a dozen times (in 6 months) to confirm some portion sizes, but a of guestimating and just watching the scale and knowing how my body felt.
I just made sure to be hungry a couple times during the day, ate good nutritious whole foods, added a bit of cardio and didn’t touch alcohol in the last couple months.
Haha, ya man. I saw Vinny hitting some insane double overhand numbers (without straps) and it really spiked my curiosity.
Now THAT would be impressive!

When asked why, I’ve heard “I chopped some firewood yesterday and I’m shot” or “I did yardwork yesterday and I’m sore as hell”
One guy even had the nerve to tell e he couldn’t make it because CARRYING THE GROCERIES HOME was too much for him
What the hell is the point of training if you cannot do basic daily activities without getting gassed out for two days? You know, like normal people can? Aren’t you supposed to get into better than average conditioning by training?

Dang! First @MarkKO and now you. I’m feeling a little pressure to do something awesome that is T-Nation Facebook worthy.
Unfortunately I haven’t done an awesome transformation (but I think it’s pretty awesome I’ve never needed one) and I’m not strong by shock and awe standards so that really only leaves novelty and/or gimmicks. And that really doesn’t fit my personality.
