What ever happened to the Super Beast program you and Norcross were doing. That thread kinda died and it seemed that you guys werent done with it. Did you quit the routine, if so why?

Machine tore his pec. I don't think he is back training fully yet.

I tore my left pec on Day 1 of Week 6, which was the start of Phase 2. I posted about that awhile back, the day I did it, which was about 2 weeks ago.

The program works. My strength shot up and I added a whole bunch of muscle. My bench went from about a 300 lb. max raw to 315 lbs. for 3 reps raw, probably a 350 lb. max. If you want more additional information on the program PM me.

And I think Norcross had a foot injury which cut his program short. He was doing a varied 3 day split.
