Hey Guys, In Need of a Meal Plan

Hey guys im new to this whole thing… Right now i am 25 years old . I am around 5’7’’ and about 235 lbs… I could really use some help. I am now going to the gym at least 4 times a week and i really want to lose weight and get into great shape…

I have no meal plan, nor do i have a strict diet.I have no idea what supplements to buy or have any idea where to start… I am ready to put the work and effort into this just need a little advise…


Don’t worry about supplements yet, either.
