Here are his results. I can see him as a type 3 or 2B. He likes to master a movement. Right now he’s practicing handstands multiple times per week. He’s naturally lean and muscular, but doesn’t like bodybuilding work because the soreness bothers him. I’ll also say he’s pretty naturally athletic, e.g., he was able to do a muscle up without really practicing for it. Should he train as a type 3 or 2B in your opinion?
