I take: In the morning Creatine, Protein, Multivitamin, fishoil. Pre workout Glutamine, Surge Workout Fuel, and protein, post workout glutamine, and protein. before bed multi vitamin, fishoil and protein. This is also followed by a high protein and carb diet.
Im hoping with hard work good diet and supplements my goal of achieving as much possible muscle growth by football will be achieved.
