Decided to make a log to keep track of my progress. I dont have much to say.. Im on a bulk , im weak, and looking to make some changes. Im trying to reach 200-210lb by january or march. Im hovering around 153 right now.. Lets get to my log..

Today i did Legs. It was pretty tough.. I thought i was going to throw up on the hack squats lol.
