Solid 80%er, felt pretty decent today. leg felt the best it has in a long time. thinking its the lunges that helped. going to try adding a 5x5 just BW lunge after each workout, focusing on slower negatives and see if that helps the pain in the legs. also going to see chiro on friday about that.
