20/10/2015Paused Deadlift315x3x2365x3x2385x3x2440x3-forgot that sheiko actually means you are supposed to be pulling this from blocks. going to cut the high sets when doing actual program after deadlift comp. this is way too heavy to screw with the day after volume paused squats.
