I am looking for strength and size program to do for a longer time and I like Hepburn layers only problem is I can train 3 days a week.Can it be done like it is or I should add something?
No, it’s fine, the progression will simply be more gradual, which is never a bad thing for long term progression.
I don’t like adding more volume to an already high volume plan
