I’m finishing up a cycle of Mag-10 in about a week and a half. I’ve been using a high volume workout gleamed of Staley’s EDT principles. And I’m now trying to piece together my next segment.
For my next segment, I’d like to use CW’s 6 weeks to a bigger chest, since my chest is lagging considerably since I spent the last seven years playing minor league baseball. So I’m trying to decide what workout I’d should use to accompany CW’s workout. Anyone have any suggestions?
