Been bodybuilding for 3 years. Do not understand my uneven chest it was never like this. 2017 I put a major focus on leg development and neglected my upper body a bit. How can I fix this?
I would say it’s not uneven development as much as it is just a structure thing like tendon insertion points and the like.
So what would help me to optimize my results for chest development?
Do this once a week…
