At first,nwiles,man i dont cheat here and there.I only cheat once or twice a month eating one piece of sweets and nothing more.And i didnt say that the method you suggested didnt work for me.I havent tried it yet!!!
BONEZ217, i dont really know whats going on with my genetics.when i was 17 i was 190 lbs and i had abs.My body back then was really nice and i didnt do any kind of diet.Actually since a little kid i was drinking 2-3 litres of milk everyday which is supposed to be fattening but i didnt get fat.The only workout i was doing was one that my basketball coach told me to do which was pull ups,push ups,1 leg squats and glute ham raise 3 times a week.But in my country which is pretty fucked up,when someone is at his last class of high school he has to take part in some shitty exams in order to go to university.The school is inadaquate to give you knowledge to pass them so you have to pay for extra classes.So for one year my program was 8 hours at school,4 hours extra classes and 4 hours reading.On top of sitting on my butt all day i was eating a lot of sweets and i was anxious all the time.So in a year i put 50 pounds of fat and i got weak.Since the exams stopped and i finished school i am trying to lose this freaking fat and for some reason i cant.I dont know ,you guys here are telling me that i am in a good way and since you are all experienced ,you must be rigth,i dont know.I just dont like my body.
And yes man,i am trying to lose fat.What i am supposed to do with a body like that???
atg410, thanks a lot for your advice.But the dinning hall doesnt offer good food.Mostly spaggeti,sausages and pizza or beans and soups and stuff like that.The only time that it has got ‘‘bodybuilding’’ style meals is 3 times a week and only then i eat there.
