Help with Training and Diet

Hi,

My name is Matt and I am 28 years old, 5.10" tall.

All my life I have been a big lad. At my biggest I was 28 stone but now I am down to 19 stone(266lbs).

I know that I have to scrap the "DIET" and get a more healthy eating habit Regime. Which I know I can do having already lost 9 stone(126ibs). So diet and eating is or will be sorted out but I wanted some advice on the following, which is going to be my daily workout.

Training Program - using body weight only or 5kg dumbells

Squat, 5 Sets of 10 Reps
Deadlift,
Bench Press,
Shoulder Press (Dumbells),
Dumbell Rows( 1 or 2 arm)
Triceps Extension
Curls

Dynamic Interrupt - As many as possible in 75 seconds

Burpees
Oblique Twist (holding weight)
Moutain Climbers

Followed by a 20 min HIIT workout on a cross trainer.

Any help and advice is more than welcome.

I am ready to transform my body and life!

A basic 5x5 program or something like below would be preferable for the weights section your workout
