I’m 16 I been oly lifting for 2 years now
I use protein looking for sum new stuff like creatine
anyone know about anything that works

At 16 you’re probably don’t need to be wasting any money on supplements.

I’m sure the consensus here would be:

Lots of food, protein shakes, fish oil (see Flameout), and a good multi
