Help with Snatch Grip DL Speed

So I am having trouble with the first pull of lift. I feel like I am a bit too slow. Dose anyone have anyway of speed it up. I did try doing heavy snatch grip deadlift then switching to light, but not too sure if this right. I was thinking band work, or chains; not too sure what I would benefit more from. How to only lifter tackle this kind of problem?
