My shoulders look weird from the back. The area pointed to by the top arrow looks flat, especially when I raise my arms up (like in the picture). The part pointed to by the bottom arrow is a bit rounder, and the areas below it and to the left of it bulge out just fine. Is there something wrong, an imbalance perhaps? If so, what are something to do the fix it? Thanks!
