Help with Routine

Hey guys,
Huge fan! I am 20 years old and have been training for about 2 years now. I really cannot stick to one program and I feel as if I stick to one thing I can get better results. Can anyone suggest a good workout routine? I tried Mountain Dog but my gym doesn’t have all the equipment required for it.

Your gym doesn’t have barbells, dumbbells, a squat rack, a leg press, and a Smith machine? That’s weird.

In any case, x2 what USMC said. There are tons of programs in the Archive. Almost any one should do, even though you didn’t say what your goals are.

Well, my routine for you would be to stick to a program. If that’s 3x a week full body, awesome. If that’s a 5 times a week bodypart split, great.

And you can do MD training in almost any gym.
