Help With Push/Pull Split


Hey everyone, My workout split is push/pull.

If I do shoulder Presses on my push day, and power cleans on my pull day, wouldn't that overtrain the Delts? Could someone help me with this? I like to do both exercises, Shoulder Presses for Strength and building mass in the delts, and Power Cleans for the explosive strength they give me for Football. Please help me!!!

If your delts are the primary muscle being used in power cleans, you're doing them wrong.
