I’ve been working out with random exercises every week
im 19yrs old 170lbs 5’9 id say around 13 to 15% Bodyfat
I’ve took around 15-20 lbs in 1 year I was really skinny
Now my goal is to get bigger with defenition not lots of def but hugger
I got a Diet plan from a friend
But now id need a weekly routine that I could do
Should I hit group muscle ONCE a week or go twice? I used to go Twice
Please help me.
