Help with Pain


Hey guys, wanted to post here and see if anyone has any experience with the pain I am feeling.

  1. When I unload weight, like re-racking dumbells, my shoulders hurt like hell. They feel great holding the weight and pressing the weight, but when I rack the weight and let go, I feel incredible pain in my shoulders, it feels like it hurts in the entire socket (not sure what its really called). Almost like my shoulder is being pulled out, but its after I release the weight.

  2. When I do rack pulls, I have started feeling a real compressive feeling around my rib cage, again, only after I release the weight and rest. If I am holding the weight, I feel fine, but when I finish the set and release the weight, my rib cage feels like it is being seriously compressed.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to fix it?
