Help with Off-Season Rugby Training


I am a 35 year old rugby player and was just looking for a new off-season program. I know I need to run 2x per week. One day is a sprint workout and the second day is a choice of intervals/speed endurance/intermediate distances, etc. I will also do plyometrics. So I have 3 other days during the week available to train. My goals are to increase speed and explosiveness and also to increase strength especially in lower body. Just looking for some new suggestions--Thanks
