So after my post the other day and a little more research I believe I want to go with the basic N.O.V. Template so I can nail my conditioning after each of my workouts. My last question is how should I set up the assistance lifts? I know that the book says to pick any template, but after researching on the forums I’ve seen that many people say body weight over weighted exercises. Which should I do if I am focusing on maintaining/ slowing gaining strength and losing fat? Also how should the sets and reps look? Thanks in advance guys.
