Help With My Supplements

I am taking a high quality Whey mix protein, creatine,glutamine,amino acid and milk thistle. Is there anything else I should be taking?

Im trying to put on lean muscle mass. I think im on the right track, but i could use your advice.

Here’s my bio…IM 5’6 145 lbs with 9.5% BF, I use to weight 165 and had 25% BF but I had some health problems that scared me staight. I give up simple carbs, pop and junk food.
My diet is very clean and i workout 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes(very little cardio).

I would like to be between 160 and 165 with around 10%bf. What do you think?

Keep those supps, right now you dont need anything else. You could probably even get away with protein, creatine, and BCAA’s only.

Just remember you have to eat your ass off.

Wait, by fitness trainer do you mean you ‘work out’ or do you get paid to consult people on THEIR body when you don’t know yours?
