I need help in the areas that have a ‘’?’’. So I need help with the sets on monday and friday and help with the sets and reps on wednesday.

The heavy/light/moderate is true and tested scheme for full body routine.
heavy day could be 8x3, light day 3x12, and moderate day 4x6.
