I’ve been told to try grenade and Gaspari superpump. Are they as good as the reviews suggest? Plus
I’ve read the mix of sour orange peel and caffeine is not good.
I know very little about supplements and any advice would be great. I have looked at what T Nation offers the Seven and Indigo-3G look good but I’ve no idea what

What specifically are you looking for? Stimulants? Fat-loss products? Workout Nutrition? My initial thoughts are that you probably shouldn’t even be thinking about supplements at this point and without knowing how you train and how your diet looks its hard to make any further recommendations to anything.
With that being said, the store here has the products listed by categories and you can even do a search by ingredients, so whatever you’re looking for can be found within the store fairly easy.
