Help With Fat Loss Program

hi
I've just completed by bulking phase and am about to begin my cutting phase. For the next 8 weeks i will be using a fartlek (spelling?) program with my rugby team and i was wondering about my weight training. i've searched through some articles and have not found any conclusive ansewrs. Any advise woyuld be appreciated eg. sets, reps, rest time etc.

my current program is

monday
Powerclean
Bench Press
Deadlift
shulder combo
shrugs

Wednesday
dumbell bench press
bentover rows
high pulls
shoulder press
dips/curls

friday
squats
push jerk
bentover rows
high pulls
chinups

There are too many variables unaccounted for (parameters of fartlek program, degree of caloric defecit, etc) to give much direction here.

With the number of movements you have selected, I'd on go with 2 or 3 x 2 or 3, with 70-85% 1RM. That is a very loose recommendation.
