I was just curious if anyone had any helpful info for maintaining my weight yet dropping bf %. Im 20, Im currently 245 with 21 %. I want to be 250 with 10-12%. Any suggestions? All advice is greatly appreciated
Well if you’re losing fat mass, you will be losing weight too. You could either bulk up further, and then cut down to your desired weight, or do the reverse and cut down first.
The only possible suggestion I can offer to maintain weight while shifting your body composition to lean is to follow the principles of G-Flux. That being if I remember correctly, increase activity while being on a above maintenance diet.
