Help With Cutting Diet


hello ive been cutting for the summer i've dropped from 97kg to 94.5kg in the last 2 weeks without any significant strength loses (dont know about muscle loss yet getting bf done on saturday)

here my diet

8am 8 egg whites, 2 bananas, 1/2 pint of full fat milk (blended to makea shake), oats with full fat milk, organge juice and 1 pnt fo water

10am- tuna, rice cakes, fruit, salad, water

12am 5% fat cottage cheese, fruit and salad, rice

2am turkey breast, salad

4am cottage cheese salad

6am tuna and salad

8am, chicken adn salad

10am whey shake and bed

this roughly equates to 3000cals, 300g pf protein, 200g of carbs and 100g of fats

my maintanance cals are 3500

(due to 2and1/2 hours of cv a week and 4 weights session plus my bw of 94

any suggestion for changes are welcome


If its working, why do you need help?


Your list looks fine for all of the "AM" feeding. What do you eat for all of your "PM" meals?


my bad after 10am then they are pm so like 12,2,4,6,8etc are pm
