It’s been a some time since I have posted and I have been a lurker for a while. T-Nation is a true inspiration to me and has helped achive something in my training over the past 4 years.
I was a former fat boy until a couple of yeears ago. I’ve been following diet tips and food suggestions from here and through word of mouth around the net. I truly have been eating healthy for 3 years and until recently I have gotten more interested in losing my last little bits of fat from my youth.
My current diet can be anywhere from 2500 calories to 3000 on some days. I eat protein as soon as I wake , at lunch, before I work out, pre-workout shake, post workout Surge, and 1 or 2 times after I come home from the gym.
I am currently 20 years old 6’2’’ and around 212lbs. My current bodyfat is around 14 i’m guessing coming from a electronic b/f reader and I had a skin fold 4 weeks ago come out to 12% so who knows. I can Deffinetly keep check on this during my next few weeks training.
Just by starting cardio 4 times a week along with sprints and light jogging I have gotten to where I am now along with minor reduction of carbs.
I want to get to a lean 200-205 and I need help tweaking my diet in order to to get over this small rut I am in. I train 5 days a week using heavy deads, cleans , bench press and squats. I work at a gym with a very wide range of equipment(my boss also builds equipment) I use heavy duty Powerlift machines, kettlebells , free weights and olympic bars and plates.
I have gotten to where I am through hard work, dedication and T-Nation.I really owe it to the motivation I get through this site. I have gotten this far and now I am ready to take it to the next level.
I will post my diet and supplements as soon as I am off of work
