I am 24. Played soccer all of my life. Ive done numerous summer training programs to get in shape for both high school and college preseasons. However, now that soccer is over, I want a program that will help me put on as much muscle as possible. Ive looked at 5X5 stronglifts, ICF 5x5, P.H.A.T combines some of Chad Waterbury's ideas on rep schemes. I particularly like the 3 day split. In addition I've also dabbled with the Waterbury method using his 10x3 and 4x6 set/rep scheme.
Any advice in helping me choose a program would be great. And if I'm posting in the wrong section I apologize.
