Okay, just to set things straight, I am 16 years old, 5’8" tall, and I am sitting at a toned 130 lbs. (Yeah, I’m not a hulk by any means).
Which is why I have decided to start building my body to attain a very muscular physique. Over a period of time. I’m hoping I will be around 200 lbs in no more than 8 years. (Is gaining that much muscle weight attainable in that amount of time?)
What I need is advice on is:
- A training schedule
- A challenging routine
- A good nutritional plan (keep it simple, if it’s at all possible).
Remember, I am a beginner. I am by no means a hulk… Yet! So make sure the rutine isn’t tailored to Jay Cutler lol.
