Help with an MMA Lifting Program

I have recently begun training mma and I’ve noticed that my current training methods do not really transfer over to the world of mma and with the massive amounts of cardio I’ve been doing I definitely think I need a change to increase my strength and overall performance.

My question is does anyone have a weightlifting program they can recommend that has worked well with their mma training

I find it best to leave about 12-16 weeks of the year free for strength training. Then just work on maintaining that during the year (use a two day a week program).

You can work on technique during this time. But do nothing that could be considered cardio.
