Help with Ad Workouts

Hello, I've been working out for awhile and would like some input on more ab workouts. I'm trying really hard to get rid of my stomach. I'm doing the AD diet and workout 4times a week.
Could someone help me with this? I want to get rid of the sagging skin that hangs at the bottom of my stomach and arms and inner thigh. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
