You should drop your TM 10/20lbs. If that upsets you, lift the 5x10 intensity to 60% but you are not taking a step back, smashing your old records at The lower TM is plenty of progressive overload.[/quote]
This is the best advice anyone can give you. Trust me, when I started I spent hours trying to figure out what was best for me. Just give the simple BBB a try and then figure it out if you stall. Until then just take this advice and lift.
