Nice that it does address optimal. “Normal” is less than helpful as the normal ranges includes data from sick puppies.
I was diagnosed with hashimotos. No protocol given. My Total was posted in my other thread. Low normal. All other test levels were good. I dont Know where to begin. Even after reading stickies.
Any advice for this would be greatly appreciated. Or where to go from here. Thanks
You should start with a ultra sound of thyroid. And monitor tsh, free t4, free t3 and reverse t3 frequently so we know when meds need to be prescribed.
You need to educate your self. Keep reading.
