i am shredding for a competion and need a new program. i was thinking a time under tension program would be good with minimal rest breaks. i need to work on my delts & lower traps. everything else is coming along well. So if anyone could help me with a basic program considering i am natural, that would be great, making sure it is a TUT program. thanks Aydn
Well if you are "shredding" then you probably aren't going to make much progress in delts and lower traps, but the first program that comes to mind is.....
