Hello T-Nation
Obviously need some help. Well my dad always brags to his friends about me and working out and such… and his friends always asks me for routines and advice. Well I guess some guy was running his mouth and such and he says he doesn’t want a pussy routine and I guess he was in the marines so he thinks hes a hard ass? No offense to marines, dont get me wrong I find them bad as hell but hes washed up and thinks hes tough.
So is there a good routine out there that will kick his ass? He says he wants to bulk up too and im hoping and assuming he knows its more about diet than routine. But id really appreciate the help…
