Hi, can y’all help me understand the 5’s PRO; not entirely sure what I’m to do there. The FSL part I get but can’t find this in the 5/3/1 Forever book, nor the 2nd edition. It’s likely there, I’m just missing it. Thanks, John
5’s PRO: you just do all working sets for 5 reps, regardless of the week. So, rather than 5 reps, 3 reps, and 1+ reps for the 531 week, you’d do 5 reps, 5 reps, and 5 reps using your weights for that week. This requires you to pick a correct TM, so you can get 5 strong reps even on your heaviest week.
