Help Turning Things Around NOW

Thought that I was following a good program eating well and everything. Now that I sit here and reflect, the only thing that has happened in the last 4 months is that I’ve put on BF and hardly any (if at all) muscle mass.

My BF just keeps going up!

Well, what were you eating that got you fat? What kind of cardio were you doing? How was your progress in the weight room?

Can you post your training routine and diet?


If you are getting fat instead of muscular there are a few possibilities:

You are eating too much.
You are not eating enough.
You are eating the wrong stuff.
You are not working out hard enough.
You aren’t working out frequently enough.
You are working out too frequently or too hard.

Let us know your diet/training/recovery plan. If you don’t have a plan for all three, that’s your problem right there.

Most importantly, how well do you adhere to you plan?
