Help Stretching the Fascia Muscles

Well I've been doing some reading and searching (through this site and others) and I can't seem to get exercises that help do so extreme stretching of the fasica muscles

I know a few however I was wondering if I could get as much of a complete list on some way to do this for major muscle groups

So far the ones I've found is.. one for my tricep (holding a 45lb weight with one hand behind my back).. biceps (looking my arms in a rack and leaning forward)

I just don't know any for my shoulders/traps/legs (Upper and lower)/abs and any other body part

I appreciate the help and thank you for taking the time to read it

you're going to want to take a look at DC training and extreme stretching.

i think it's exactly what you're looking for

That's what I've been looking for. I went to IntenseMuscle.com and ready Doggcrapps threads, however I see more of the movement and exercises than I do the stretching.

I also went through "Discussing DoggCrapp" in the T-Alpha Cell, however I haven't seen anyone talk more indepth (the exercises per se) for the extreme stretching.

If you could point me in the right way I'd really appreciate it.
