I would like some help to put together Doug Hepburn type program that sticks as close as possible to his parameters.
My first snag is that I can only train 3 times a week due to commitments so following his upper body lower body split that he recommends isn’t viable.
I was thinking that maybe I could devote one day to each powerlift although Hepburn trained each lift twice a week.
He did state later in life that he should have done the power and pump routines as to separate programs as he felt it was to much doing them together but maybe if I’m only hitting each lift once a week it would be alright ?
If anyone who is familiar with Hepburns work has any suggestions I would like to hear them please.
