Help Please


Just before xmas I was 13stone and droping weight every single day taking 200mg of t3s aday, so I added 500mg of sus and 200mg of deca aweek and anti e's and hcg once a week
With 2-3 months id gone up to 15 stone off pure muscle , but I haven't trained for a while now

My question is if I take
500mg a week sust
200 deca a week
200mcg of t3s aday
200mcg of t4s aday

And because I work on the railways and dont allways have time to eat
If I drink mammoth and protien shakes plus a couple of meals will I just get fat or put back on lean muscle


This is a joke right?
