Help Please

I know to people on here this will seem like a worthless goal but it’s a starting target. I am 5"10 and weigh approximately 139poumds. My arms are really thin and most my muscle is in my stomach. I basically was wondering if any one can help and give any tips on what I would need to do to reach my first goal. I currently can’t put pictures on buty goal is cam gigandet from never back down. Any help would be much appreciated.

You should try looking like Doug Funnie

Choose routine from:

Work hard at it and get stronger.

Up calories and get 1.5-2g protein per lb of lean body weight, so probably your body weight.

Build muscle

Look Awesome
